1. Movement therapy
Group exercise therapy promotes interpersonal interaction among several people through communication. It serves to:

- Improve communication skills
- Promote interaction
- Creating a sense of well-being through increased activity
- Promoting self-confidence
- Improving physiological bodily functions
- Finding joy in movement
2. Relaxation therapy
This group therapy is primarily used for patients with depression. Progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) aims to eliminate and prevent tension at its source. Patients are taught to recognize and influence states of tension in the nervous and muscular systems.
Upon discharge, the patient receives a home exercise program.
After both forms of therapy, a reflection session takes place at the end of the hour. If a patient is not yet ready for group therapy, they receive individual therapy. This provides them with personal support from the therapist and allows them to be guided toward group therapy in a personalized and targeted manner.
3. Therapeutic Boxing
- Reducing internal tension
- Relieving stress, anger, and aggression
- Releasing emotions, inhibitions, and blockages
